Terms and Conditions Usage of Urja Smart Devices, the Website urjasmart.com deems you to have accepted the Terms and Conditions listed below, including all its revisions, modifications or deletions while the Urja Smart, Website is operational and you are bound by the terms and conditions herein.

By usage of the Urja Smart Devices, Website or any facility or service provided by us in any way; or merely browsing on the Website you agree that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. All rights, including copyright, in the Urja Smart Devices and Website and App is owned by Urja Smart Automation Pvt. Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Urja Smart). Urja Smart is the proprietary trademark of Urja Smart Automation Pvt. Ltd. Any use of the Urja SmartDevices, Website or its contents, including copying or storing it in whole or part is prohibited without the permission of Urja Smart Automation Pvt. Ltd.

The usage of the Urja Smart Devices, Website and its services are not available to minors under the age of eighteen (18) or to any Users “incompetent to contract” within the meaning of the Indian Contract Act, 1872. Notwithstanding the foregoing, if you are below the age of eighteen (18) years, you may avail the services provided by Urja Smart Automation Pvt. Ltd. through your legal guardian in accordance with the applicable laws. Those who choose to access the Urja Smart Devices, Website from outside India are responsible for compliance with Indian local laws if and to the extent that local laws are applicable.
Urja Smart Automation Pvt. Ltd. ensures maximum possible safety and security of all its Devices and Website. Urja Smart Devices adhere to electrical and electronics safety standards as per applicable by industry practices, including and not limited to electrical surge protection, fire retardant enclosures etc. The Urja Smart Website adhere to the ISO 9001:2015 certification obtained by Urja Smart Automation Pvt. Ltd. Personal and non-personal user information are protected under Urja Smart’s applicable privacy policy.
Urja Smart Automation Pvt. Ltd. owns the copyright to all the contents of the Urja Smart Devices, Website except where specific credit is given. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, download, display, post or transmit any part of the website without written consent from us (except as stated below).

Access to the Urja Smart Devices, Website and App does not authorize anyone to use any name, logo or mark in any manner. All materials, including images, text, illustrations, designs, icons, photographs, written and other materials that are part of the Urja Smart Devices or Website (collectively, the 'Contents') are intended solely for personal, non-commercial use. You may download or copy the Contents and other downloadable materials displayed on the Website and App for your personal use only. No right, title or interest in any downloaded materials or software is transferred to you as a result of any such downloading or copying. You will not reproduce (except as noted above), publish, transmit, distribute, display, modify, create derivative works from, sell or participate in any sale of or exploit in any way, in whole or in part, any of the Contents of the Website and App.
You agree to provide correct and accurate credit/ debit card details to the approved payment gateway for availing Services on the Website. You shall not use the credit/ debit card which is not lawfully owned by you, i.e. in any transaction. You must use your own credit/ debit card. The information provided by you will not be utilized or shared with any third party unless required in relation to fraud verifications or by law, regulation or court order. You will be solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your credit/ debit card details. Urja Smart expressly disclaims all liabilities that may arise as a consequence of any unauthorized use of your credit/ debit card. Your payment card will be debited for your order on the day we send you the formal order confirmation. Urja Smart shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorization for any transaction, on account of you/cardholder having exceeded the preset limit mutually agreed by Urja Smart with our acquiring bank from time to time.
Our prices are inclusive of all applicable taxes.
A tentative delivery time will be given along with the formal order confirmation. The exact delivery date shall be provided as soon as your order is ready for dispatch.
Urja Smart reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to limit the quantity/ value of the items purchased by you and such restrictions may be applicable to orders placed by the same account and also to orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. We will provide notification to the customer should such limits be applied. Urja Smart reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to prohibit sales to any one as it may deem fit.
There may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being canceled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may also require additional information or verification/s before accepting any order. We will inform you if the entire order or any portion of your order is canceled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is canceled after your credit/debit card has been charged, the said amount will be reverted back in your card account. We will seek authorization on your card for the aggregate amount of the order placed by you, however, we may charge your card (capture) only with the amount corresponding to the actual portion of the order that we are able/willing to fulfill, and any associated shipping charges/taxes and levies etc. Any surplus amount, for which we might have originally sought and received an authorization on your card from your Card Issuer, if not captured by us in the time period stipulated by our Merchant Banker, will not be captured/ charged. If however the same is charged to your card/ bank account in error, we will refund it as soon as the same is realized by us or brought to our notice, whichever is sooner. Urja Smart reserves the right to capture/charge your card to the full or partially authorized amount for the concerned order.
If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please send an email to support@urjasmart.com. While we will try to accommodate your request, we cannot guarantee cancellation or modification, once an order has been submitted. Once you have received your online order, if it is the incorrect product or found to be damaged please contact us within 3 days of receipt and we will arrange for collection. The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Urja Smart and accept Urja Smart’s decision regarding the cancellation.
We want your order to be made just the way you want it! Please review your personalization/special order information before submitting your order. Check spelling, dates and names carefully. If you have ordered a product or mistakenly or have changed your mind and do not want to purchase it anymore. Then you should make a cancellation request before it ships. For the first 30 minutes after the order is placed, buyers can cancel their own order using the Cancel Items. After half an hour’s time, you can ask for assistance from our support team. For cancelling an order, dial our customer support team on this 844-77-46047. Our support executive will assist you in getting the order cancelled. You will get the confirmation for the cancellation of the product.
Once the cancellation request is confirmed by the support team then it be processed for the refund process. The refund process will take 5-7 working days.
